The Bamboo Grove Swim-up Club Suite at Sandals Negril in Jamaica is perfect for couples who love being able to swim at any time.
This room has only been open since 2024 and has a modern design and well-thought-out layout. Since we love a swim-up suite, this is one of our favorite rooms on the resort. We also love its location, close to everything but also set back a little bit, adding privacy.
Located on the ground floor of the Bamboo Grove building, this suite features a covered patio with a sofa and bistro set that leads to zero-entry swim-up access to the pool. Enjoy pool and ocean views from the patio and the in-pool loungers, as well as inside the spacious suite.

The serene interior offers a plush king bed; a comfy sofa chair; a separate area with a desk and a wet bar; and an HD Smart TV. The bathroom has a freestanding soaking tub plus a walk-in shower and a double vanity.
This suite also contains a fully stocked minibar that is refreshed daily and contains water, juice, soda, local beer, Robert Mondavi wines, and premium liquor.
As a club level suite, it comes with extra amenities including private check-in, access to a private lounge, room service between 7am and 10pm, robes, and concierge service to assist with things like making restaurant, spa, and excursion reservations.
The room code is BSUP and rates currently start at $398 per person per night.
Another small detail about this room is it is located next to Crema, the resort’s coffee shop. We loved going here each morning and usually another time during the day to order some of the best coffee we had of any coffee at any all-inclusive resort.
Sandals Negril Overview
Sandals Negril was our favorite Sandals in Jamaica until Sandals Dunn’s River opened. It has a wonderful beachfront location on world-famous Seven Mile Beach, some amazing new accommodations options, great food, and excellent complimentary watersports including waterskiing and the ability to snorkel from the beach. It also offers fantastic sunsets since it’s on the western part of the island.
Sandals Negril has 4 pools, 3 whirlpools, 8 restaurants, and 5 bars. Many of the restaurants and bars are on the beach; we loved eating breakfast every day with our toes in the sand. You can also go to nearby Beaches Negril to check out the restaurants, bars, and amenities there, including a fun waterpark.
This is one of the best Sandals resorts in Jamaica, especially for couples who want a laid-back, beach-centric tropical vacation or honeymoon. It is 90 minutes from Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, but the roads are good and the complimentary transfer is very easy.
