Sandals Grande St Lucian Promotions
Lover’s Lagoon Honeymoon Premium Room
The Lover’s Lagoon Honeymoon Premium room features a private balcony with a bistro set that has tropical garden and lagoon pool views. The interior has a 4-poster mahogany king bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination or a shower.
It doesn’t come with room service, but it does have a minibar that is stocked with waters, juices, soda, local beer, and Robert Mondavi wines and is refreshed daily.
This room is located on the second, third and fourth floors of the Massade, Monchy, and Rodney Bay buildings. These buildings are close to the lobby, with the Monchy building being set a little further back behind the lagoon pool and the Massade and Rodney Bay buildings being closer to the beach. The room code is PR and rates currently start at $422 per person per night, although they vary throughout the year.
Caribbean Oceanview Penthouse Club Level Room
This room features a private balcony with views of the ocean and tropical gardens plus a bistro set. The interior has a 4-poster mahogany king bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, and ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination or a shower.
As a club level room, it includes a minibar that is refreshed daily and stocked with water, juice, soda, local beer, Robert Mondavi wines, and premium spirits. It also comes with extra amenities including robes in the room; access to the exclusive Club Sandals lounge; concierge service to help with making dinner, spa, and excursion reservations; and room service between 7am and 10pm.
This room is located on the third and fourth floors of the Bonne Terre, Cap Estate, and Pigeon Island buildings. These are centrally located near the lobby, main pool, and beach. The room code is PO and rates currently start at $521 per person per night, although they vary throughout the year.
Sandals Grande St. Lucian Overview
The largest of the three Sandals resorts in St. Lucia, Sandals Grande St. Lucian is set along a beautiful mile-long beach on Rodney Bay. It has very calm water, making it perfect for the wide range of complementary watersports, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, waterskiing, and scuba diving.
You also have access to the other two resorts, Sandals Regency La Toc and Sandals Halcyon Beach, via a free shuttle. Onsite, it has 12 restaurants and 7 bars, plus a variety of complimentary activities and entertainment. Golf is also included at a nearby championship course.
This is one of our favorite Sandals resorts. Perhaps the only negative is that it’s 90 minutes from the airport. The roads are good but winding. We booked alternative transportation because we tend to get motion sickness, and we really enjoyed the ferry ride to the resort and the helicopter back to the airport. Both are great ways to see the island and we recommend doing that if you get car sick.
