The Subi Club Level Walkout Room offeres a relaxing garden setting with a private patio, complete with a Tranquility Soaking Tub for two, lounge chairs, and a bistro set. The privacy curtains is a nice added touch, and we loved being able to step directly out into the fresh air with ease.

Inside, the room was beautifully designed and spacious, featuring a king-size bed, HD Smart TV, and a cozy seating area where we could unwind between pool time and dinner. The furnishings felt elevated and fresh, blending comfort with style.

The bathroom felt a bit elevated, with a dual-control rain shower, a glass window peeking into the bedroom, and backlit mirrors that gave it a soft, luxurious glow. It was just enough space to feel indulgent without being over the top.
Having Club Sandals concierge service made a big difference—we loved the private check-in, easy access to the Club Lounge, and the ability to make dining or excursion reservations without hassle. All-day in-room dining also came in handy when we didn’t feel like dressing up for lunch.
Subi Building at Sandals Royal Curaçao
The Subi Building is located on the opposite side of the Carisia Building, offering a convenient yet slightly more tucked-away setting. If you’re looking for a room that keeps you close to the resort’s key amenities, but just far enough to enjoy a bit more quiet, Subi is a great middle ground.
You’re still just a short walk to the lobby, Kanaal coffee shop, Butch’s Chophouse, and the breakfast buffet, making mornings and evenings super easy to navigate. While it doesn’t offer beachfront views, the location is central enough that you can easily reach the main pool, food trucks, and Greek restaurant within a few steps.
If you plan on staying at the beach all day, this room may not be for you.

Sandals Royal Curaçao is one of the newest and most unique Sandals resorts, offering a modern, Dutch-Caribbean vibe with all the signature Sandals luxury inclusions. Opened in 2022, this adults-only, all-inclusive escape is designed for couples who want a balance of relaxation, adventure, and elevated style.

Dining & Drinks
- 8 Gourmet Restaurants including Italian, Asian fusion, seafood, and farm-to-table cuisine
- 3 Unique Food Trucks for beachside bites with local flair
- 13 Bars, including swim-up bars, a wine bar, and mixology-focused lounges
- Locally Sourced Ingredients and Curaçao-inspired menus throughout the property
The food here is elevated and better than most Sandals Resorts. We loved the food trucks for lunch, the coffee shop each morning, and an iced latte during the day. For dinner, there are so many options, but my favorites are Zuka and Gatsu Gatsu.
Pools & Beach
The resort has several large pools, including the iconic Dos Awa Infinity Pool, a stunning two-level infinity pool overlooking the ocean, a quiet secluded pool and pools with swim-up suites.

The beach has clear, calm water perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. This is not the typical beach location since the beach that is swimmable is set on a river inlet with a floating dock creating the beach area.
Activities & Inclusions
At Sandals Royal Curacao, there are unlimited water sports like paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving for certified divers. On land there is tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, and access to a scenic 18-hole golf course (at additional cost).
At the main pool there is entertainment throughout the day and each night you can expect themed entertainment.
If you’re looking for a Sandals resort that feels both refreshingly different and undeniably upscale, Sandals Royal Curaçao is a standout. It combines Sandals’ signature service and amenities with a stylish, culturally rich destination, perfect for couples who want to discover something new in the Caribbean.
