Both the Travertine Luxury Room w/ Tranquility Soaking Tub and the Travertine Beachfront Club Level Room are located in the Travertine building at Sandals Dunn’s River in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, but there are some key differences.
Basically, the Travertine Luxury Room w/ Tranquility Soaking Tub is an entry level room—although still very nice—and the Travertine Beachfront Club Level Room adds a host of amenities plus ocean views.

Travertine Luxury Room w/ Tranquility Soaking Tub
The second most affordable room at Sandals Dunn’s River, the Travertine Luxury Room w/ Tranquility Soaking Tub has tropical garden views, a private furnished balcony, a plush king bed, a comfortable chair, an HD Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub for two and a walk-in shower.
This room also has an inroom minibar that includes beer, soda, juice, water, and Robert Mondavi wine plus a coffeemaker with Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee.
Note that luxury level rooms do not come with room service, although they do come with all the other standard Sandals inclusions.

Travertine Beachfront Club Level Room w/ Balcony Tranquility Soaking Tub
The Travertine Beachfront Club Level Room offers pool, beach, and ocean views plus extra amenities.
A private balcony features a Tranquility Soaking Tub for two and a bistro set, while inside you’ll find a plush king bed, a comfortable chair, an HD Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
This room also has an inroom minibar that includes beer, soda, juice, water, Robert Mondavi wine, and premium spirits plus a coffeemaker with Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee.
Club level rooms come with special amenities, which include private check-in, access to a private lounge, room service between 7am and 10pm, robes, and concierge service to assist with things like making restaurant, spa, and excursion reservations.

One of our favorite Sandals resorts and the best Sandals in Jamaica, Sandals Dunn’s River is newer and represents the “Sandals 2.0” approach. This means new restaurant concepts with even better food, new bars serving craft cocktails, and new and even more spectacular accommodation types—all designed to elevate your overall experience.
We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend the resort. Our favorite aspects were the new restaurants, the new Blum coffee shop, the gorgeous setting, the excellent service, the fun pools, and the amazing new accommodations like the Coyaba Sky Rondovals. We also loved the nearby excursions you can take to Dunn’s River Falls and the Blue Hole.
There are 12 restaurants, 9 bars, and 5 pools and 2 river pools at Sandals Dunn’s River, and the complimentary watersports include motorized options like waterskiing. Golf is included here, with green fees at and transportation to the Upton Estate Golf & Country Club. The spa here is also one of the best we’ve seen at any Sandals resort (services not included).
You also get access via a free shuttle to the nearby Sandals Ochi, the largest and liveliest Sandals resort, which has 16 restaurants, 11 bars, multiple cool pools, and a fun beach club.
