A laidback beach-lover’s paradise, Sandals Negril offers great snorkeling from the shore among its included onsite activities. You can also choose to book excursions to explore Jamaica, but note that these are not covered in your stay and cost extra.
Sandals Negril excursions reviews mention Rick’s Café, the One Love Bus Bar Crawl, YS Falls, Mayfield Falls, Negril Blue Hole Mineral Springs, the Zimbali Cooking School, the Appleton Estate rum tour, deep sea fishing, and catamaran cruises among popular recommendations.
We loved going to Rick’s Café, where you can see daredevils jumping off high cliffs as well as have a drink and something to eat. There are even lower cliffs that you can try jumping off if you want to.
Dunn’s River Falls is about 3 ½ hours away so we don’t recommend taking excursions there from Sandals Negril. YS Falls and Mayfield Falls are good alternatives.

While these are all managed by Island Routes, you can book Sandals Negril excursions either on the Sandals website before you arrive or onsite once you get to the resort. Sandals Negril excursions prices range from $25 per person to more than $300 per person. Most are between $100-$200.
Something unique to Sandals Negril is that you also have access to nearby Beaches Negril. This family-friendly all-inclusive resort has a huge waterpark and plenty of other fun amenities to check out, all included in your stay.
