Then Melemele One Bedroom Butler Walkout Suite is situated on the ground floor of the Melemele Villas (M1 & M2), the suite is tucked away in a quieter part of the resort, just past the Greek restaurant and steps from the quietest pool on the resort.
What stood out immediately was the amount of private outdoor space, this suite offers three separate patios, and we made use of every single one. Whether it was soaking in the Tranquility Soaking Tub by the bedroom patio, enjoying drinks on the living room patio, or slipping out of the spa-like bathroom to find another soaking tub surrounded by calming water features, every area felt like a hidden retreat.

The bedroom was calming and elegant, centered around a king-size bed and decorated in soft, natural tones. It felt open and airy, with a Smart TV, seating area, and direct access to the patio for lazy mornings or sunset lounging. The living room was equally spacious, with a fully stocked bar, a second TV, and plenty of room to relax or entertain.
The bathroom had dual vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, an amazing soaking tub and just outdoor was a patio with a second soaking tub.
Of course, our butler made the experience unforgettable. From setting up romantic outdoor dining, to surprising us with bubble baths and fresh cocktails after excursions, they seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked. Their care and attention made the stay feel effortless.
Melemele Building at Sandals Royal Curaçao
If your idea of the perfect getaway includes peaceful mornings and quiet afternoons by the pool, the Melemele Building might be exactly what you’re looking for. Located on the far end of the resort, just past the Greek restaurant, these rooms are tucked away next to one of the resort’s quiet pools, offering a serene and relaxed atmosphere ideal for couples who want to truly unplug.
You’re just steps from a la carte dining at the Greek restaurant, and not far from the food trucks, which offer a fun, casual dining option throughout the day.
While it’s one of the furthest buildings from the beach and main pools, we never found the walk to be a hassle, and it’s a peaceful, scenic stroll that gives you a chance to enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds.

The food here is elevated and better than most Sandals Resorts. We loved the food trucks for lunch, the coffee shop each morning, and an iced latte during the day. For dinner, there are so many options, but my favorites are Zuka and Gatsu Gatsu.
Pools & Beach
The resort has several large pools, including the iconic Dos Awa Infinity Pool, a stunning two-level infinity pool overlooking the ocean, a quiet secluded pool and pools with swim-up suites.
The beach has clear, calm water perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. This is not the typical beach location since the beach that is swimmable is set on a river inlet with a floating dock creating the beach area.
Activities & Inclusions
At Sandals Royal Curacao, there are unlimited water sports like paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving for certified divers. On land there is tennis, pickleball, beach volleyball, and access to a scenic 18-hole golf course (at additional cost).
At the main pool there is entertainment throughout the day and each night you can expect themed entertainment.
